Making more money is high on everybody's list of priorities, if they are honest with themselves. In a recent national survey regarding personal happiness, when asked what they wanted, most people responded with "Ten percent more income, and ten percent more free time."

Just a little more time, and a little more money. Who wouldn't turn that down? If you had ten percent more money every month, what would you do with it? Invest it in something worthwhile that would appreciate in value over time, like real estate, or something else that you enjoy?

What about more time? If you had an extra four hours a week, how would you enjoy spending them? Some people are so overworked that the first thing that springs to mind at the thought of extra time is more sleep.
